Giftcloud Voucher still not received after 5 months

I joined Shell in June with the promise of a £120 voucher which has not been received. I can track the progress and it's still showing as pending.

I've tried chasing it up with broadbandchoices and they replied with "We are waiting for Shell to release the funds to us to that we can release the gift cards provided by gift cloud.".

Please advise.

Coincidence?

 

I did not contact the shell migration team but had an email from broadbandchoices a few hours after the support team message on here.  Their email told me that Shell had confirmed that I am eligible for the voucher and would get it within 10 working days. The voucher arrived yesterday (4th December).

You will need to contact customer services directly and ask for the Shell Migration team, the support team here cannot help at present I'm afraid.
