Have not received £100 Amazon voucher

I was in the process of leaving talk talk and ended up receiving a call from yourself offering me a deal to stay. I ended up signing up with talk talk for another 18months and was promised a £100 Amazon voucher within 30 days. I haven’t received anything in relation to this, can one of the mods please looking this. I tried to chat online however was extremely difficult process.

Some of these vouchers take 90 days. Odd that they tell you 30, as it needs to be well past the cooling off period and also past the 30 day Great Connection Guarantee.

Still nothing received, not sure how a company can offer incentives to re-contract and not follow through with it? It’s been nearly 3 months now and haven’t heard anything from anyone re the £100 Amazon voucher.
