Help needed- Giftcloud not sending Gift card despite TT authorising it

Giftcloud have confirmed twice that my incentive Gift card has been authorised to be sent but are just not sending it. I have messaged so many times but am now at a loss as to how to get it. They are the worst company that provide awful service. I'm not sure why TT still use them as they have such bad reviews.
Please can someone help?
