Hi I cancelled my boost in December

Hi I cancelled my boosts; Unlimited UK Calls Boost and Last Caller Barring in December. But I am still being charged the £16.00 for the addons. I have since cancelled the boosts a further three times and I have the emails confirming the cancellation of the products. 

Yet, I am still being charged the £16.00. Please could you advise me how I can cancel the products.

The fault has now been fixed and the boost has now been removed.

There is a fault stopping us removing the boost so I have logged it, There is also a credit for the charge on this months bill. 

 

Will update you when the problem is fixed.
