How can I contact T/T to my my outstanding bill?

Every month I receive my 'Mobile' bill (£3 p.m.) Every month I try unsuccesfully to pay by card but am frustrated by the message "there is a technical error. Please try again." 3 months ago I finally spoke to someone with an almost incomprehensible Asian accent and a less than rudimentary grasp of English who assured me that a D/D would be set up, having given her my bank details. No such D/D was set up and I find myself yet again owing 3 month's charges (£9)

Does anyone PLEASE have a valid telephone number I can contact to end this nonsense. I have trawled the T/T sit for ANY phone number, and they seem to have taken the view that a telecommunications giant no longer needs telephones!!

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU????????

My memory.... .....! People occasionally ask a similar question, so that number sometimes pops up. Hope it has helped resolve this issue for you, @martcaster.
