Is it me, or is the The 'help' article at https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/View-and-print-your-bills/ta-p/2204688/ out of date ?
Hope This Helps - I suggest it should be CHANGED to:
SAVE AND PRINT YOUR BILLS
1. use the drop down menu right of the account holder's name to Go to the My Bills & Payments page in My Account
2. Select My Bills in the menu that drops down
3. Select Latest Bill or View Previous Bills
4. Choose the bill you'd like to save or print in PDF
5. To download your bill, scroll down to the end of the summary table and Choose Download PDF.
6. If you want your phone calls in CSV format, you must first chose Latest, and only then scroll down to the end of the summary table and Choose View Itemised Usage
7. in the new WEB page that opens, Use the top left 'select usage period' pull down and select the bill date you want to download in CSV format.
7. scroll down and select the radio button 'Phone Calls'
8. scroll down to the end of the Phone calls table and Choose Download / Print CSV
9. To print or view either format, open the downloaded bill from your Computer Folder
