Hello, Arne,

I am using a different Browser and PoP Ups are NOT blocked, please advise ASAP.

This is an on going issue.

Please try a a different browser and ensure there is no pop-up/ ad blockers enabled in the browser.

TalkTalk chat is working. You might find that access to My Account, chat etc. will work if you disable any ad and pop up blockers you may currently be using on your web browser. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
