Return of duplicate equipment

Hi everyone

i have tried several times to contact customer services to inform them that I have returned some duplicate kit that they sent out but not sure where to inform them….chat takes too long and you can’t get through on the phone.

any advice would be appreciated.

Whenever you return equipment, keep a certificate of posting so that you can track its delivery, @Niggle1.

 

Staff here can make a note that you have mentioned posting it.

 

Do you have a list of what's been sent?

 

I have never received a receipt notice from Talktalk except once, which they sent out, rather bizarrely, when they were sending me something else, rather than the other way around.

 

So it's best to keep good records yourself, and posting on here is part of that process of recording returned equipment. 

 

I'll move this to the billing section, as it's not about an email issue. There are lots of distinct message boards.
