Hello, I have never wanted to cancel my subscription, all of a sudden you are sending me an email that I have to pay an amount because I cancelled my subscription. I previous also sent an email, that I am not canceling my subscription.

I had the same; I managed to stop the first disconnection but the second time I wasn't quick enough. I never asked for disconnection. Foolishly I didn't cancel my standing order so they took £240 from my account for early termination. Now I can't find a way to get my money back. Fuming!
