Not received gift voucher for renewal

I was contacted on 21/11/2024 about my renewal as I was looking to move elsewhere for a better offer. I decided to stay with talk talk when I was offered a cheaper deal and an £80 gift voucher. Iwas told I should receive this within 40 days but I have yet to receive it.

Can you provide me with an update to this.

It's not something connected with the fibre service itself.

Hi @Kim10 I think you will find the holidays have rather stretched that promise of 40 days into working days. I'd be getting worried by mid January.
