Not received gift voucher for renewal

I was contacted on 21/11/2024 about my renewal as I was looking to move elsewhere for a better offer. I decided to stay with talk talk when I was offered a cheaper deal and an £80 gift voucher. Iwas told I should receive this within 40 days but I have yet to receive it.

Can you provide me with an update to this.

It's not something connected with the fibre service itself.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Hi @Kim10 I think you will find the holidays have rather stretched that promise of 40 days into working days. I'd be getting worried by mid January.
