I can only watch BBC 1 & 2 via the iplayer when watching these channels ; on BBC 1 and 2 and they freeze and pixelate

I have recently reset my TV box because my remote stopped working properly but this was happening before

I have Talk Talk TV 4K Box

Thank you

Hi

Just following up on this, the TV box has not been dispatched as yet and is with the logistics teams. I'll try to get this moving asap.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi @Saljor22

I'm going to swap out the TV Box for you.  A TV Hub is on the way.

Lets see if this is better.

Regards,

Karl.

Hi

I plugged the aerial lead straight into the TV and the TV channels were not Juned in so I have now done this. The signal is fine.

I plugged the TV aerial back into the TV box and it is working but it  pixelating still.

I have called Talk Talk about this before months ago but they did not get back to me. Will they contact me now or shall I call them again?

thanks for your suggestions

What's the signal like if you take the aerial out of the box and put it directly into the TV? Try a TV retune. Do you get all stations?

If not then it would be your aerial failing and you'd need to contact a local installer to check it out

If the TV is ok then staff will advise further.

Please let us know.

Thanks
