Hi, I need paper copies of my recent bills sending to me for ID purposes. I've been paperless for years and wish to remain that way so I dont have any paper bills on hand that are dated within the last 3 months.
I'm aware that I can download PDF's of the bills but I need original copies supplied by the biller.
My three most recent bills would be great.

Hi Arne, I've just used the Live Service Chat to get this query answered. The paper bills have been ordered.
However, I've not had a confirmation e-mail or txt? Is that normal? Is it possible to double check that its been done please?

There will be a charge, @JasonTT.
Staff will confirm how much. They respond Monday to Friday during the day. If this is not picked up tomorrow it will therefore be after the weekend before you hear back.
