Your service cannot be cancelled via the forum.
We strongly advise ringing 03451 720088, rather than using Chat, as Chat cannot complete the task unless you pick up a phone call to follow up.
If you have left the property, maybe reduce the "allowance" in My Account to the absolute minimum, in case another party clocks up phone bills etc meanwhile.
Talktalk will require 30 days' notice for termination of the service (so, they bill you for that).
See if they can switch off sooner to avoid it being used, even though you'll pay for the 30 days.
Keep your Direct Debit in place until you have received a final bill for £0.00. Also return equipment.
