Hi,
Our bill due on the 17/03 is including £16 for Unlimited UK Calls Boost, which we did not choose/agree to. This hasn't been billed in previous months. We received no emails from Talk Talk advising of this extra charge being made. I have just deselected the Unlimited UK Calls Boost 2x and logged in and out and it's still active ('ticked') on our account.
How can you remove this bug and how can we have that illegitimate charge struck off the bill?
thanks
Jan H

Hi janh44
The unlimited calls boost will have been free as part of your packages the last time you renewed, and the discount has probably now expired
I can help with this I first need to confirm some security questions
I have sent you a PM on the community

If you have tried to remove it in your account do you get a "pop up" appearing to confirm the change ?
If not, it is likely an issue with your browser than anything at TT's end.
The usual reason for the charge appearing is not "illegitimate" but the fact that the customer had the boost included for free for a period at their last renewal, have forgotten about the end date of that offer and are now being charged.

Hi @janh44 have you checked if you are still in contract? This sort of mistake usually happens around that time.
I've escalated your post for assistance but in the meantime please add your landline phone number to your community profile so that your account can be identified by the team here. Please don't post personal information here.
