Feel I was overcharged £15.14 for going live in July.  I was  transferred to TalkTalk when Shell Broadband asked me to change payments via email on 10.5.24. to TFP Telecoms Limited, which I did on 20 May.  I have proof of payments for May and June  which include advance payments for June and July, so why have I been charged extra as it should be a seamless event? I have tried the chat line and submitted a bill query without success.  Help!

I would suggest calling (03451720088 ) and asking to speak to the shell migration team if you have been double charged they will be able to identify your payments.

Any overlap or duplication between Shell /Talktalk payments will be sorted. 

 

The likelihood is that the current bill shows days from the date of the switch to the billing date, as well as the month going forward, purely on the Talktalk service.
