Missing Amazon voucher

I took out my broadband September 2023 with the promise of an Amazon voucher. 

I have chased this almost 30 times now, with gift cloud and Talk talk. Talk talk tell me to talk to gift cloud and gift cloud say talk talk aren’t replying to them! 

I want this resolved asap! I shouldn't be having to chase a product sold to me!

Don't give up! If you've tried 30 times, I don't think you will. I was promised a voucher last August, when I decided to stay with Talktalk. Never arrived, although I kept chasing. Since I posted on here about it,  someone from TalkTalk has kindly escalated for me and sorted 😊. I thank them and hope you get some progress very soon👍
