Hi there,

I just received an email from you advising that I have cancelled my direct debit.

This is not true, and my payment of £31.23 was taken from my credit card as normal on 10th July 2024.

Can you please investigate and advise.

Many thanks

W E Jones

Hi williamejones

Your latest invoice has been produced on the 1st,  Recurring card payment may not work this month so please make a one off payment before the 9th August.

Regards

@williamejones, please don't post any personal information in the thread, including the title.

There should be adequate information in your profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

If you pay by credit card, this may count as a recurring card payment, which is not functioning in July / August, @williamejones.

If this is the case, you will need to make a one-off card payment instead.
