Need to cancel mums talktalk today.She has moved in with me as she has end stage heart failure and dementia.I have to be with her all the time, so I do need it cancelling today .Her account number is XXXXXX REMOVED.

Sorry to read of the problems with your mum.
Unfortunately we cant process cancellations on the community.
If you have power of authority you can call on 03451720088 and cancel the service

Your mother will need to speak to them in her own right, unless you have Power of Attorney / Authority to Act.
