Next Direct Debit incorrect

Hello,

 

M y next Direct Debit according to my bank will be for £107.92 - this is incorrect it should be for £38 or so, please can you inform me that the correct amount will be billed before the Direct Debit takes place. I cannot get into My Account, I get "Internal Edge Error" when I try to log in

Can you try a different browser for My Account.

OK, as I said the support team can check on what has happened here. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Have you had an engineer visit in the last couple of months? Subject to that, this has been flagged to the support team for you and they will respond as soon as they can.
