No Amazon Code 2 months after renewing!

Can someone offer me support with this?

 

I've been waiting for 2 months and had no communication from TalkTalk regarding my Amazon Prime code.

 

I have been with Talk Talk for 2 years and the main reason I renewed was to get the Amazon membership and also add TV to my service.

 

Based on previous posts from many others that I've seen, it looks as though TalkTalk are purposely withholding these codes unless chased - likely as they have to pay Amazon every time one is redeemed!

 

Really poor service and very unimpressed. Please can someone resolve this ASAP!

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you it will help if you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
