Hi there
I signed up with TalkTalk on the 30th of may this year which included and promotional offer of an Amazon echo. I've been keeping an eye on my emails from TalkTalk in regards to the echo but still nothing has arrived yet.
I can see multiple people have had this issue
How do I go about getting this issue sorted?

This is not a service issue regarding how the broadband functions etc, @richard1555, but a billing issue.
I'll move your post to that section.
