Not received £100 gift voucher on joining

Hi, I have still not received my £100 gift voucher which I was told I would receiving within 90 days of sign up. I have since referred a friend and already received that £50 voucher via Giftcloud. Can someone look into this please and email, or call the number on my account. Thanks, Jonny
