I migrated from Shell energy to Talk Talk broadband. I get bills, but I have to pay by calling and it is not working at the moment. I still have an old account alive, which was about 10 years ago, so I can´t access the account with my new account number because the email is the same. I tried to explain on the phone to the customer service a while back but nothing was done. How to delete the old account?

Staff can delete the old account details, so, once this is done, you can register afresh, @Rain3n.

It may well help the support team to investigate if you put both your old and new account numbers in your community profile here, use the Private notes section and specify which is which.
