I phoned Talktalk today to ask about my package and I was asked to give my mobile and then give the talktalk representative a OTC for him to get into my account to discuss things further.  After coming off the phone I felt a bit uneasy as we are told not to give OTC.  Was this a correct procedure

Its is a new process implemented last week to improve security.
