Payment taken but account is still due

Was making payment as usual and something went wrong message pop out, I didn’t get confirmation email or message that bill is paid. However they took money from my bank account. Now my talk talk account says bill is still due to pay. Does anyone had same issue as I won’t pay double.

What date did you make the payment?  

 

There is still an outstanding balance, we may have to log a missing payment you will need to contact us (via phone or chat) so we can take some details to trace the payment.

There have been a few glitchy incidents recently, @User12442.
