Please amend my contract

I am 77 years old and I have been really unwell for 6 weeks or more and not being able to pay attention to everyday things.  I have noticed that my monthly bill has gone up by £20 a month and I have missed the June update.  I cannot afford to pay this every month and would like to change my package please. Could you please advise me.

@art*40/zmo, I hope you are feeling better now. 

 

You may have missed an end of contract notification which would have alerted you to the fact that, though your service continues anyway, any discounts will have expired.

 

All you need to do is phone free from a Talktalk landline on 03451 720088 and speak to the Loyalty team to renew your deal. You could try Chat instead if you prefer.

 

You will need to answer a few security questions to ascertain ID.

Check that you have any extras that you want or not, as the case may be.

 

So: phone boosts? Voicemail? Last caller barring? Callsafe? TV? Supersafe? etc.

 

Forum staff cannot set this up for you but will check that what you agreed is processed correctly.
