Questions about my new contract

I have just renewed my contract for 18 months. I agreed to Fibre 35 which should be £26 but I am being charged £32.54. I also have the TV package which I did not sign up for that is £5.00 a month. I signed up before the end of my contract and do not need the TV package, It is too slow to load and keeps crashing.

What can I do

The odd amount may account for a transition between the cost of your old and new packages, check the dates on the itemisation of your bill. You can cancel the TV fee by getting in touch with customer services, contact details and opening hours are here:
