Sorry if this has been asked multiple times previously.
I had a fault on my broadband, talktalk engineer attended.
He found no issue with set up in my home, but found internet was running much lower than expected. He replaced router with a new one, but still had problems with slow connection.
The talktalk engineer then phoned in to request BT OpenReach check exchange to see if there was issue there.
BT engineer came to my home because information passed to him was unclear.
He checked equipment within my home and everything was working this time.
Checking my bank balance earlier today I noticed that I have been charged £75 for engineer visit, but have had no notification from talktalk that I was being charged.
Obviously I was aware of the charge as a possibility, but as there was a fault somewhere outwith my home, I was not expecting to be charged.
Is there any possibility of this charge being repealed and refunded, or am I just going to have to take this one on the chin.
Any advice or help welcomed.
Thanks
