Can see a refund on my account for £50 after raising a complaint, but when I try & claim this it keeps saying “Sorry the system is unable to process your request” 

This has been saying this for last 2 days... any ideas?

For staff to help you with this, please make sure you add your Talktalk landline phone number to your community forum profile details,  @Deb39.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings, Profile Wizard. 

 

This is so that they can identify your account.
