When I open my online account I see TalkTalk have placed restrictions on my service due to unpaid bill. My account is always in credit. I have phoned them and been told there is no restriction on account and they refuse to remove it. Feel like I'm going round in circles. Help

There are no restrictions on your account, from time to time that message appears in error it will disappear in time.
