Hi Support team,
I was recently sent a replacement router on the 03/08/23 to replace a faulty unit. I returned the old unit as requested using the return bag that came in the box with the router. Everything was returned including the power adapter , router and cables. Yesterday i received an email asking for the equipment to be returned or there would be a charge.
Using the track and trace reference number the old router arrived back with yourselves on 10/08/23.
Who do I need to pass the track and trace details to , so that the £50.00 charge will not be incurred.

For permanent proof I suggest you take a photo of your receipt and a screen shot of delivery and attach them as a reply.
