At the end of my contract I arranged to change my broadband from TalkTalk to Vodafone but had a phone call from TalkTalk Customer Support offering me a deal to stay with TalkTalk. Part of this deal was a reward card for £130. I agreed and my new broadband contract started on 5 May 2023. I was told an email about the reward card would be sent within 45 days. I did not receive it so contacted Customer Support. I was then told it would be emailed to me 60 days after the beginning of my contract. I still haven't received anything and it's impossible to get hold of anyone to talk to about this. Can anyone here pass it to the right department please? However the board isn't staffed every day (especially during the holidays) so this might yet take a while.

Hi, it's been another two weeks and I still haven't heard anything. The voucher was promised in 45 days and it has now been almost 90.
