I had an old talktalk account at a previous address.
I've now been transferred from Shell and am trying to set up an account.
The system keeps going back to my old details (10 years old) and won't let me add the new account number. When I try to use a different email address to set up an account with the new account number I get a message this is already registered.
Help!!
