Signed 24month £24 Fibre 35 Contract last November but being charged £33!
When I look at My package is says contract is 20/11/2022 but I signed 24 month renewal at £24 a month but TT are billing me 32.99 this month, what is going on? Why am I being overcharged?

You should have received documents at the time similar to this:
It sounds as though your renewal was not actually processed.
You will need to ring 03451 720088 after 9am to follow this up.
