Hi,
I’ve tried repeatedly to turn off / cancel the Super Safe Boost. I’ve followed the instructions to access my account, broadband & then security settings. But when I select No to turn off the boost on the next screen nothing happens - Idint get taken to another screen as it says I will in the instructions !!!???
Not sure what I’m doing wrong, can anyone help please ?

The latter I imagine. But as you have posted, the support team can check that it has been done.

UPDATE
I have just been back into my account and have now been able to turn off Super Safe Boost.
Seems that posting the original message did the trick! Or is it just a coincidence 🤔
