Does anyone know if you need to buy all 3 services from TalkTalk , let me try to explain a little more clearer when my contract expires all I want to buy from TalkTalk is a Broadband connection and a Telephone package

Call the loyalty team on 03451720088, they will be able to place an order without the TV service

TV is usually included, confusingly, in the package description.
It's added by default if you do an online renewal, so don't renew through My Account, @bagggiieboy.
Phone 03451 720088 (Monday to Saturday) or use Chat, and spell out that you definitely don't want it. Also clarify whether you do / don't want any other add ons.

Last Caller Barring and Caller Identity Display are free anyway.
