Talk talk continue to charge me £5 per month for talk talk tv yet I do not have TalkTalk tv and I sent the tv router back 6+ years ago. Each month they tell me they are going to sort it and then give me a refund for £5. I have just seen my bill again this month and it includes Talk Talk TV. I have removed Direct debit and now pay credit card every month as I have no faith in Talk Talk billing systems getting my bill correct. As clearly Talk Talk cannot solve this, has anyone else experienced this level of incompetence!

Thank you. I did try phoning and the AI system told me that everything can be done online and they sent me a link to make a request online.
However, it seems that when you use WhatsApp, there seems to be a human at the other end who can deal with issues and I believe they have resolved my issue which is a problem between their ordering system and the provisioning system where the order was stuck in a queue (I have had this excuse for many months). Anyway, let's see and fingers crossed. Thanks for the support.

This can only be sorted by phone as it is part of your contract and staff here cannot get involved in contract issues, such as cancelling part of it.
Best to phone and ask for the loyalty team.
