Hi,
I have been trying for nearly 3 weeks to cancel my TalkTalk FTTP order. I originally submitted a cancellation request on 13 October and was told it would take 5-7 working days and that I would receive an email confirming cancellation, but I never received any email. I reached out to Livechat after 7 working days and they said all they could do was submit another cancellation request, which also has not gone through.
Can somebody please help me? I am unable to place an order with a different provider because OpenReach says that I have an active order with TalkTalk, and so I have been left without internet for nearly a month now with no end in sight.
