I received an email from TT about my PIPEX Mail Plus bill. Trying to log in to My Account to check it, I receive the response "Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now. Please try again later."
Does anyone know if this is an ongoing issue? I think I have got the password correct. I was locked out yesterday because I made too many attempts checking which one was the right one.

Six months on and I thought I'd give a bump to see if there is any progress with this, perhaps a timetable, or even a willingness from the developers to do something about it.

I should perhaps have emphasised that I'm a Mail Plus customer. Back in February Ady reported to another customer trying to access My Account through Mail Plus
"Hi Bill, that incident is as you know still ongoing since the update that was supposed to fix was cancelled November 2021 we've had no updates and got no estimates for the fix."
So I guess we need to wait another year or so for it to be resolved?

Just tried. I'm not sure if it counts as locked out or a system problem, but I'm still getting the same message "Sorry due.....".
I seem to remember there was a period last year when there was a problem accessing My Account (for everyone).

Staff will be back after the weekend.
Sometimes maintenance on My Account starts earlier than advertised.
