Unable to claim cashback from Topcashback when opening a full fibre 900 account

I have recently switched to TT via the Topcashback website but cannot claim the offer as I need an account no. Starting with n7, n8 or s0.

TT and TCB are blaming each other for this. Can anyone assist ?
