Hi, a month or so ago we had to have a out line fixed (out side the house) and they said there would be no charge, but they did charge us, after two hours on live chat they finally got the message that no work was done in the house (I even had to take a picture and show them the new BT box the chap installed) and the £75 was credited to the account.
Now the bill has come through and there is another £75 charge saying credit note: missed appointment, I have no idea what this is for as apart from when the line was fixed previously we have not made any more appointments or any requests so I have no idea where this charge has come from.
I am trying to get live chat to work but all I get at the moment is please go back to the previous page or login to continue you chat, any one got an idea on how to fix that?

Well I finally got live chat working, all sorted now.

Try another browser / disable ad blockers / allow pop ups, @MikeC78.
Are you sure that they are not just notifying you that the £75.00 has been credited to your account, so would show in Transaction History, if that's the case?
Staff are not on here at weekends.
