Why hasn't my contract been renewed in accordance with my wishes?

I knew my last contract was due to expire on 14th March, so on the 12th I went online and renewed my contract for 24 months, taking Fibre 35, unlimited UK calls, choice of Amazon dot or doorbell, plus TV package for a total of £32.50/month (£28.50+£4).  I took a photo (attached) of the screen which said "thank you for renewing your contract.  We're over the moon you've chosen to stay with us. We really believe in offering brilliant broadband", but received no subsequent confirmation email or letter.  I was slightly concerned because on the right hand side of the attachment it states 24 months, yet in the dark green central bit it states that the contract is only for 18 months?!  On 1st April I was charged £33.95 (£29.95 + £4), plus was informed that calls costing £3.11 will be charged next month!  Can you please help resolve?
