My latest bill has an added charge of £13.90 for UK Unlimited calls boost. I had a free boost for 18months which ends shortly. I cant find anyway of removing this boost and as I only use my home phone line about twice a month I need this removed and the charge removed from my bill immediately.

Thanks for that. Have successfully phoned TT CS and they have removed it and said that yes I will get the refund next month.

If you can't remove it from My Account, @patgc (which often malfunctions these days) you will need to phone up or use Chat.

Staff are not back on here till after the weekend.

The charge will be because the free boost expires during the period billed for.

If you remove it asap, the NEXT bill will show a refund. The current bill cannot be altered once it is issued.
