there is a mystery amount of £1:92 on my next bill, when i looked into it it came up with call charges, 2 national & 2 mobile. when i went to my calls i only had 1 call, that was to another talktalk customer call charge 0,checked itemised bill same result 1 call charge 0.

could someone please look into this.

Hi @chiller1 Unfortunately the option to add an outgoing bar has been removed, so I cant add it anymore. Sorry.

hi, that problem now sorted, changed browser to edge and i can see itemised bills but can't in chrome

does that include 999 calls. just tried Edge and those calls showed up

We can add an outgoing calls barr from this side , but you will not be able to call out to anyone.

There is an option for outgoing calls barr, but you (or someone in your house) uses the phone, Can you try to use a different browser for My Account and look at your June Bill

Hi Arne, thanks for your pm. i understand now what has happened but still can't fathom why they don't show up on itemised bill. is there any way to block all outgoing call (except for emergency)

hi Arne, please find attached files, there is definately fishy going on. if these calls are genuine they should show up in the itemised list  THEY DO NOT so i would be thankful if these charges are refunded off my next bill

When you log into my account , view itemized usage, and change the pull down menu to latest bill they should show then.

Yes, it's very odd that you can't view it.

The costs are for 2 calls to a non TalkTalk customer, and for 2 calls to a mobile number which I suspect went to voicemail these calls are all valid and chargeable.
