Hi Broadband keeps dropping out on wi fi and wired on my smart tv and alexa just for a few seconds on the tv get message WLAN diconnected then connected again also speech mutes for a few seconds when watching on internet and on alexa sound just mutes for a few seconds randomly. spoke to technical say all ok they have reset my router but still the same.

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and the connection appears to be stable.
Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing so we can rule this out?
