Wifi issues

Hi, does anyone know what the ongoing issue is? Since last night my wifi has randomly been dropping and not working despite all lights being on and the box being new. Did an in depth test on the website and they did say there’s an issue but no notes on what the issue is or how long it’ll take to be fixed, just wondering if anyone on here knows anything at all and could help.

OK, thanks for that. There are some issues with these routers at the moment which TalkTalk are investigating.

Which make/model of router do you have?

All lights stay on as if everything is working yes

When you lose wi-fi are the ONT lights green?
