My broadband just has the flashing amber light for the past hour I’ve resetted it,turn it off but still experiencing this issues pls I need internet .What do I do I need to fix this urgently

Done now pls I need some help cause I’ve also tried connecting it with a micro filter but still it’s showing flashing amber and I need internet .i need to use what I’m paying for

Have you tried moving the router to the test socket, which is behind the master socket's removable faceplate? Connect it with a known good microfilter.
