Since 17/9 I have not been able to access CISCO AnyConnect VPN through my TalkTalk internet, despite having no issues previously. I work for a large public sector employer, and I understand a number of colleagues have had the same problem in recent days. This VPN access is crucial to my and my partners' ability to work from home.
IT support at my employer have completed troubleshooting and found no changes on their end, and are strongly of the view that a Talktalk firmware update to home routers, or something similar, is the cause.

I have this same problem work for public sector everything was fine connecting via Cisco vpn on Tuesday since then unable to connect work have checked my laptop no problems, I can use a hot-spot via mobile with 02, but unable to connect at home with talk talk, but when I contact talk talk they say there is no problem with them, really concerned as I need to work from home and don't know what else I can do
