Hi. Almost overnight I stopped being able to connect to CISCO AnyConnect. I've spent a lot of time in in the help chat and it's still not working, which is impacting ability to work from home. I see some people have managed to have their firmware reset or something like that to fix this issue. Can this be done for me, please?

This may be due to a known issue. If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
